Urbanization has witnessed remarkable growth worldwide, and the construction industry contributes nearly 25% of the total carbon emissions generated by global economic activities. As population growth and urbanization accelerate, reducing harmful carbon emissions in building materials becomes increasingly important. Sustainable and natural building materials, such as wood, provide an answer by utilizing renewable and healthy materials. Wood from renewable Nordic forests naturally grows, reducing carbon dioxide in the air.

Architects and designers have the opportunity to significantly reduce the carbon footprint of buildings and improve air quality by innovatively using Lunawood Thermowood, a sustainable and renewable wood material.
